Many equate cantaloupe as a late summer treat. Yet, by miracles of modern convenience, it is now in abundance piled high in the produce bins. Take advantage of this nutritious melon with my simple twist.
Spiced Cantaloupe
Cut the melon, cube, balls or in slices.
Sprinkle with Beijing Five Spice Blend. ( I use Whole Foods brand)
